3. Return & Exchange Conditions: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items in their original condition—unused, unwashed, with labels and tags intact, and in the original packaging.
4. Damaged or Soiled Items: Returns of damaged or soiled items may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer.
5. Missing Tags: Please notify our Customer Care Department promptly if any goods or products are delivered without tags.

7. Custom Orders: All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
