Return and Exchange policy

At Kapda Tailor, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process. Our team is always here to assist you.
Return Policy:
1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the order. Submit your request here.
2. Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached. Items missing original tags will not be accepted.
3. Usage: Items should be unused, unwashed, with labels and tags intact, and in the original packaging.
4. Exceptions: No returns or exchanges are permitted on Super Saver Combos.
5. Damaged or Soiled Items: Returns of damaged or soiled items may not be accepted and could be returned to the customer.
6. Purchase Location: Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.
7. Non-returnable Items: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
1. Timeframe: Customers must request an exchange within 5 days of receiving their order. Submit your request [info@kapdatailor.com].
2. Restrictions: An order can be exchanged only once. If a customer wishes to return the exchanged item, they will receive a credit note instead of another exchange.
3. Payment: Any price difference must be settled at the time of the exchange request.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders.
4. Delivery: The exchanged item will be shipped to the same address as the original order.
5. Product Exchange:
o Size Exchange: Free replacement provided for size adjustments.
o Higher Value Item: Customers must pay the price difference.
o Lower Value Item: The difference will be refunded as a credit note.
o Single Item Exchange: Exchanges can only be made for one item at a time; multiple items cannot be selected.
Refund Policy
Process: Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is picked up and successfully passes Kapda Tailor’s quality check.
Timeframe: The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Exceptions: Items purchased during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds for damaged or defective items will be issued only after verification by the Kapda Tailor team. Any issues must be reported within 2 days of delivery. In certain cases, a credit note or replacement may be offered.
International Orders
Returns & Exchanges: Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for International orders. For any inquiries, please reach out to us at
info@kapdatailor.com.
Order Cancellation: Orders can only be canceled before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and no refunds will be issued.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@kapdatailor.com with your Order ID and a photo of the defect. After review, we will issue a credit note or refund for the defective product, but no replacements will be provided.
